Why we're building Counted

Every profession that works in complexity eventually gets a workspace of its own. Developers got theirs. Designers got theirs. Accountants, who carry more systems, more rules and more deadlines than most, still work inside their clients' software: one login per client, one tab per task, and the full picture living in their head.

That gap has a cost. You move from one client's system to the next, track down mistakes, and keep tabs on everything in a spreadsheet or a browser you never dare close. The work gets done, because accountants make it get done. Right now, the accountant is the integration.

One workspace, every client

Counted brings the whole portfolio into a single workspace. Connect each client's accounting system, and Counted reads every ledger automatically: correctness checks, compliance flags and deviations, each with the reasoning behind it. Errors surface before they become problems to explain, to the client, the auditor, or the deadline.

It works with the software your clients already use. Fiken, Tripletex and PowerOffice connect directly, and SAF-T exports and standard accounting formats are supported alongside.

Superpowers, not substitutes

One principle sits under everything we build: Counted gives accountants superpowers. It never replaces them. Every flag arrives with a short nuance note and a trace to the underlying invoice, receipt and entry. The judgement stays where it belongs, with you. You decide. Always.
